Great cards guys, I don't have an Aldon Candy in my collection but would love a couple examples for my West Coast type collection. This kind of stuff is why I love this sub.

Was not familiar with this stamped version. Does it typically carry any sort of premium for the Aldon stamp, and if so, about how much over a non-stamped Pacific Coast Biscuit card?

Leon, is that Buck Weaver?

Curse you guys for bringing this set to my attention.

Premium only applies to us weirdo west coast collectors

I have this D310 Pacific Coast Biscuit of Hosp with the Aldon stamp, and before I decided to aggressively pursue corrective border measures on the Rapp with a pair of kid's safety scissors, it had the stamp too, and it was nicer than any shown so far.

Maybe off topic but Pacific Coast Biscuit back stamps are a cousin of Aldon

Fun thread for this PCL fan. I found eight D310s in my card pile and was happy to land one with an Aldon stamp on the back of Kid Mohler. The stamp is all there but kind of consumed by the printed words. Not as nice as most of the stamps shown here. I'll post a scan for the thread inventory as quick as I am able.

A question: Does the Aldon stamp appear on any of the other PCL cards of the era?

Hi David...I don't remember seeing it on any other cards besides the D310.

No Aldon back stamps in my collection but I do have a PCB stamped back and a blank-backed example as well....

On the PCB stamp, I've seen a "block letter" style of stamp and this more "script style" version

Thanks, Brian. I checked some of my other PCL cards of the era just for the heck of it but didn't find anything.

Here is my Kid Mohler.
