For those that weren't around, WIWAG was known for cracking out holders with highly graded star players, inserting another lesser (but perhaps sometimes passable) example, then re-submitting the original to the TPG. Voila! Two near mint TPG's Mantles for the price of just a bit more than one!

Strong grade, no doubt, but I dont see anything way out of line....

..that mold spot might have grown from just a speck over the last twenty years of encapsulation and warm humid storage....seriously doubt it was visible when graded or it would never have received a "7"...without the mold , it appears to be NM-ish...
