From your question... Are you the buyer or seller ?
I assume you are the buyer however .

Post a pic of the ball you wish to purchase on here. That's actually more simple. Haha

If the OP is looking to buy, he may not have a specific ball in mind but is looking for reliable sellers, so that if/when one does come on the market, he'll feel comfortable taking fast action.

I'm sure many of you have trusted sellers from who, if they're offering a particular autograph, you'd buy it without hesitation. I think that's what the OP is looking for.

When it comes to Ruth, given the skilled forgeries that exist, I'd want multiple opinions from people I trust no matter who was selling.

Even the most honest and knowledgable dealers can make an occasional mistake.

^^^^ exactly what I meant. The seller is not as important as the product. Many a seller have sold a bad autograph here and there. Guaranteed. Just as easily as someone with limited experience has sold a genuine Ruth. Post a picture here of the ball and you will get more than enough opinions....regardless of the seller.

Perhaps a rephrase of the question should be "How would I best go about purchasing a Ruth signed ball? Are there dealers or AH's I should look for? What folks on here might be willing to part with one, that buyers could trust?"
