Bob Giallombardo Address Confirmation?

Does anyone have a copt of one of the latest "top" autograph lists? I finally got off my butt and prepared several TTM requests this weekend that I had addresses for, but one that I wanted to verify before sending was Bob Giallombardo. My understanding is that he required $10 for a signature (in 2013) but I have heard $25 recently and I want to get it to the right place before sending a card and a check.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. I have a Harvey book from 2013 as my newest list, showing him on Antique Circle in Waxhaw, NC. Can anyone confirm if he is still there?

Thank you. I did some additional google searching and I noticed that one of those background sites now shows him deceased, but I can find nothing to substantiate this. I will try the address with a check and see what happens I guess.
