looks bogus to me...the type font is terrible...never seen a font like that on a period piece.

Most of the seller's stuff is fake and with this sale he added 'as is.' I guess that makes it doubly fake.

They may not have lost $4 k - it was an accepted best offer. It could be that the seller is trying to build a history for this card and sold it to himself or a friend for $1.

Looks like the guy who bought the card for $149.99 is the same one who sold it for the best offer of $1250 (watchcount).

That could be an interesting but unimaginative scheme if the seller is buying them to inflate the market. (that is only speculation due to the series of events unfolded)
