Up for sale tonight is a very nice, original c1945 Negro League Player's Banquet photo picturing numerous significant Negro Leaguers of the 1940's, including HOF'er, Satchel Paige. That's a neat photo Phil. Brewer ought to get in the Hall at some point imho.

Is that supposed to be Paige sitting 3rd from left? Kind of hard to tell in the scan but doesn't look like him, especially at 39 years old. Do you have a clearer shot of him?

Yup, that's Paige, very easy to tell from the original.

Was hard to see his face in any detail on my ipad. He looks so young. I guess he was the ageless wonder.
