While Yount would be available, Molitor is not. They stopped issuing the Perez Steele post card set before Molitor was enshrined. Dick Perez did do a painting of Molitor after he was elected to the Hall, but no post card has been issued. Additional information from an REA catalog I found just googling "Perez Steele Molitor":

"Original painting of Paul Moliter by Dick Perez. Watercolor on board. Signed lower left. 15 x 20 inches. This artwork is currently on display at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York. Every year the official portraits by Dick Perez of the newly elected Hall of Famers are displayed for the entire year at the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, until replaced by portraits of new inductees the following year. This painting will not be sent to the winning bidder until after the 2005 Hall of Fame induction ceremonies in July when the portraits of Moliter and Eckersley will be replaced by portraits of the 2005 inductees. The Hall of Fame portraits are the very same ones used in the Perez-Steele Hall of Fame art postcard series. This is an unpublished Perez-Steele Hall of Fame postcard original art. It has not yet been published as a postcard, as Moliter was elected to the Hall after Perez-Steele Galleries' last series update in 2001. Though Perez-Steele Galleries is no longer publishing, if the Hall of Fame postcard series is updated in the future, this is the image of Moliter which will be used."
