700 card find in ohio
 
i just saw on sports center a guy in ohio found a wooden box in his grandfathers house with 700 t206 cards with 16 ty cobbs, cy young and a perfect honus wagner. it goes to show you there is still good stuff to find out there and what a score its like hitting the lottery.

One of the local news stations in Pittsburgh here had a short story on the 5:30 news last night about the find and what card do you think they show a screen shot of... a generic picture of a T206 Wagner.

MY LORD...imagine if 3-400 nmt-mt wagners were found...better yet 3-400 wagners...planks...and doyles?!

Don't be silly - there are a handful of high grade Cracker Jack Wagners that have a high value; 300 new T206 Wagner's wouldn't effect their market value at all. :rolleyes:
