Official Scorecard for the 1943 Athletics season at Shibe Park. The A's played the Red Sox for their home opener April 22, 1943. The season opener was two days prior in Washington.

Program is scored neatly in pencil. Boston won 1-0, scoring its lone run in the 4th on a double by Fox, a sac bunt by Doerr, and a ground out by Lazor. There would 103 more losses for the woeful A's this season.

Great color. Interior pages are crisp. Binding is tight, with no loose pages. Cover has some chipping along the binding, as well as a few creases.There is some image deformity below the "21" down to the "RD" as seen in scans.
