I have also seen Bill Hands, Bill Faul, Carl Warwick, and I'm pretty sure Billy Hoeft. I haven't seen the price guide in a few years so I don't know if any of these were catalogued recently or not.

They were just up on eBay. Being a vintage Cubs collector, these are pretty much my white whale but I can only dream about owning them. Maybe someday someone who ate those awful pizzas at Wrigley Field in 1966 and has a hoard of these will flood the market :)...
