Any thoughts on this Ruth?

I really like this Ruth auto, as it's signed on a doily and glued to brown paper with it's "lineage" written below it. I like it because it's non-traditional, like it was really obtained spur of the moment.

To my (very untrained) eye, the Babe looks good, but the R in Ruth is a little quirky, although I know they can vary. Any of you guys with a bit more knowledge care to share your opinion of its authenticity? Thanks, I appreciate you guys with a good eye helping out us less experienced folks.

you could always list it as an ebay auction and get the psa/dna quick opinion for $7.99 (or whatever it is). Just a suggestion if no one gives you their advice on here.

I don't yet own it, I was thinking of purchasing it. Thanks though, Bilko!

You don't have to own it to get a PSA/DNA quick opinion. Just list it on ebay with a high opening bid that no one will execute. Once you get the results of the quick opinion, then kill the auction. Even if someone does bid, you can cancel the bids and then kill the auction.

1st 50 ebay auctions are free per month also...so you'd only be out the psa/dna quick opinion fee.

It actually passed JSA already (I purposely did not mention that when posting) but I was looking for the opinion of some of the more knowledgeable collectors, rather than just a piece of paper. We all know JSA & PSA don't always get it right. ;) Thanks!

It looks good to me. The only questionable part is the R
