The seller says reprints so I assume that is what they are, but I've never seen "cards" like this before:

He put them out shortly after Kennedy was assassinated and he took office.........

Never seen them in my life.........have a TCMAish look to them..........

I have seen them...in fact, I own several Phillies from that set. Not sure of the value though.
