McLean Sports Collectibles Shop Opening
 

Following the positive reception of the "yard sale" announced in a previous thread, we (yes it really is "we" as there are 4 collectors involved) have been sufficiently encouraged to take the next step and open a shop.

We are opening this Saturday, November 21. Store hours are from 12 to 7, Tuesday through Saturday. We'll have a good selection of vintage cards, some memorabilia, supplies, and some wax. (Note: we won't be equipped for credit card processing for about another week.)

The address is 6819 Elm Street, McLean, VA, phone number 703-PLA-BALL (703-752-2255). There is a parking lot and easy on-street parking.

We are building an email contact list so please feel free to contact me if you wish to be added, as a few of you did after the sale.

This is a labor of love for us and we hope that the shop will be a place where fellow hobbyists and kindred spirits can come, hang out a bit, bring your kids, and maybe pick up a card or two. The coffee's on us. Anytime you out-of-town Net54ers are around, we hope you'll take the time to drop by. Feel free to contact me if you intend to do so.
