George played for the 1926 team, he had 1 at bat and didn't reach base. The best part of this item is that it is signed by HOFer Ban Johnson (d. 1931). The Jacob Ruppert signature was actually signed by HOFer Ed Barrow. Barrow placed his initials next to the signature to document this proxy signing (as was common for Barrow to do on many Yankee documents).<br /><br />The document is in good condition. It is aboutt 80 years old so there are some areas at the folds that are worn. <br /><br />I have better scans of the entire document.
