It's also MLB Authenticated and was signed Oct. 4, 2003.

Thank you all for your responses.

I only asked because I thought I ready somewhere that mounted memories was linked to forgeries (please correct me if I read that wrong) and for some reason I never knew that MLB authenticated autographs. Ive heard of PSA, JSA and SGC but never MLB authentication, thats very cool. can anyone tell me more about MLB authentication? Thanks

Mlb authentication is when a rep from mlb has witnessed the signing. They issue a sticker and register it on website. So in this case in 2004 (maybe at HOF?) A MLB rep was at the signing. This year I bought a Topps authenticated Ohtani ball that had both Topps and MLB authentication. Topps authentication like MLB means someone from Topps watched player sign the item.
MLB also authenticates game used balls, Bats, uniforms, so their database is large but easy to use. Hope this helps..

very cool, thank you so much for educating me on this, I really appreciate that as I had no clue they did that. Are they reputable as for as resale value with TPAs like PSA, JSA? etc, I would imagine they would be more reputable since they are MLB?

Third party authentication by MLB is on the top end because their items have been witnessed on the field or for autographs a representative witnessed the item being signed. This vs PSA or JSA Beckett etc. They give an opinion on weather the item is real. I know JSA and PSA set up at signing events and JSA witness program says they witnessed the item being signed. Again these sorts of certification are preferred by the market.

Here's a screen capture of a MLB authenticator in action. In this case, he's authenticating the ball from New York Mets rookie Phillip Evans' first Major League hit (9/9/17, CIN at NYM).
