Welcome to the forum! Your thread was moved to the main forum as that is where introductions are usually done. Those are some great looking cards too. Good luck in the hunt.

No worries at all.
You were being courteous and attentive. That is more than many veterans . Much appreciated.

Good afternoon, Addakin1. Welcome to our forum; glad to have you.

Thanks for your picture post of your marvelous collection of 1957 SWIFT PREMIUM FRANKS baseball figure cards. I vaguely remember Alan "Mr. Mint" Rosen offering a mint set like yours, with the original mailing envelope, in one of his Sports Collectors Digest quarterly phone auctions in the late 80s to early 90s.

Back in the mid-90s, I bought a set of VHS tapes of old commercials. It was either in the sports or toys tape that the original Swift's Premium television commercial appeared, touting this same promotion. Neat old black 'n white commercial with a couple boys "concentrating hard", enjoying their supposed game. The announcer told us how to get a set; as I recall the cost was either a quarter or fifty cents. I do recall the fateful, closing line pitch:

"Hurry. Offer ends soon."

Neat, haven't seen those before. (If they're in Brian's book, I haven't gotten to them yet. ) Here is a modern day version:
