1927 Yankees team signed ball

9 Attachment(s)
I am looking to sell my 1927 Yankees team ball (Ruth on sweet spot with Gehrig and Huggins on the same panel). The ball is relatively complete (one key player missing is Wilcey Moore). The condition is fair with general fading/toning. I have attached photos of the ball along with the JSA Cert letter. There are no clubhouse sigs or tracing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. I am currently looking for $SOLD OBO delivered.
Please PM any inquiries, thanks for looking!

Why its a 1927 ball

Good question Larry! When I acquired the ball, i was under the impression that it was a 1926 ball...however, once the Johnny Grabowski signature was identified, it was confirmed to be a 1927 team ball.

That is the stamp on the OAL Ball. League president has been present on official league balls since, I believe, some time in the 1910's.

I think thats the date the ball was manufactured and the JSA letter does state that the ball is from the 1927 World Champions.

There's only one "baseball" guy in my book and that's Brandon Grunbaum.

You're welcome, Mike.

That was a great reminder.

I just placed my order for Brandon's books.
