Embarrassing grading company error

I don't usually post about grading company errors. But how does an error like this get made? And how does a reputable seller include the same error in the title of his listing?

Because the grading firms aren’t really the experts they claim to be, and most hobbyists simply defer to the grading firms.

Edited to add - at least they got the right year, company and player!

The person who submitted it probably made the error while inputting and SGC never corrected it.

Surprised the ebay seller, Greg Morris didn't notice it

An embarrassing grading company error. Well, there's always the ones on the grading side.

It’s an easy eeeoe to make

Data entry errors are incredibly easy to make. You don’t type in the set name it comes up in a scroll down and they clicked on the wrong one. It’s actually a very easy mistake to make. It should have been caught in the proofing or verification stage. But it’s honestly not as ignorant a mistake as it seems. I’m sure every one acting like this is the end of the world has made a similar mistake at their job. Nobody is perfect no matter how much some pretend they are.

So for those of us not in the know with this particular issue, what’s the error?

The Greenberg here is a Goudey r322. Wide pens were taller, and were premiums.
