Do ticket stubs count?

I have some stubs, but unfortunately that isn't the special this month. We are doing vintage cards.

Jeff....for the current card special (1956-present) it is $7 per card ($6 for the special +$1 per card for shipping to and from PSA. For older stuff (pre 1956) it is $7.50 per card ($6.50 for the special +$1 per card).....and then you pay return shipping back to you....the cards can't be valued over $100 though.
