Suspect arrested. also from what I read other bar customers captured and beat the suspect who will be dealt with once he gets well enough.

I have to figure that Big Papi is as close to the embodiment of a god as one can be in his country. Effing with him doesn't seem prudent.

From one report, apparently the shooter took quite a pounding from the bystanders........too bad.

Sounds like big papi was sleeping with a drug lords wife/gf and this was an ordered hit on him. Egads!

That's an interesting twist. Where did you read that or were you just told?

The shooting can be seen in this clip. Definitely rules out a robbery and pretty much confirms it was a hit, but who knows for sure, really?
