Will go with the 1933 Goudey set. It's the set Rob Crumb would have drawn if he were around then. Gotta love it. Hot on its heels is the D304 General Baking set. It left a big hole in my bank account but no regrets. Love it for no other reason than the Mathewson. Second place (and this one I hope to complete but currrently I am only at 20%) is the E254 Colgan's Chips set. My dream set would be the N300, but that is definitely a dream unless I hit the lottery. I have a few decent examples except for this one (none graded lower). I love the cards, and it's the perfect kind of set for me - challenging to complete, but small enough that it's possible to really get to know every card and its idiosyncracies. For a mainstream set, there's not a lot of stuff known about it, and yet it's recent enough that it's possible to piece together the puzzles yourself.<br /><br />Today I'm equally in love with a HOF type set I'm building. It's not as cool as some of the HOF sets you guys collect (some of the coolest HOF collectors I know of contribute regularly to this board - Leon, Hal, Mark M, Zach, David, Paul Stewart), but it's still the most fun I've ever had in the hobby.<br /><br />I'd post some of mine, but they pale in comparison to some of the others here.
