And the seller was given this ball by a Newspaper organization. (the N in caps is from the ebay ad). Wow!! A Newspaper organization makes it authentic as opposed to a newspaper organization.

The Ruth and Gehrig bear that "facsimile that doesn't look like a real sig" and so do some of the others, tho the photos are CCB (COACHES CORNER BLURRY):p

That's what I thought too. Odd combination for a printed souvenir.

But then I have a printed ball I was given as a kid and still haven't found the connection for all the names. I think it was an all-star thing, but if I remeber correctly the last time I checked the players weren't all All-Stars the same year.

Has anyone cataloged the printed balls in any way?
