Born on February 6, 1895, Babe would be 125 years old today. Show 'em if you got 'em!

Wow

Man Ray those are some hot pieces but G K`s Babe as a Brave is an absolute show stopper. I can see him rounding the bases after his 3 homer game and going out the true legend he was ! Enjoy that bad boy for years to come sir.

Great piece Leon. Here's my favorite Ruth card and as far as I know, another unique one...

Thanks. It's an honor to have Graig's work hanging on my wall. I like to imagine all the hard living and untold stories that occurred between the first image and the second image...less than a decade in normal folks' lives, but, man-oh-man, he lived for the moment...and as Casey would say, 'He had a lot of them.'

Of course, the scans are from his website...since I can't seem to replicate the quality of the images with my phone...but, I will continue to try and will replace those images when I do.

I'll show some Real Photo Postcards I've managed to pick up.

Great card Erick! If you ever get tired of it I could offer a good home to the Babe.

I'm at work, so I had to find a generic photo. My only Ruth is the 1934 Butterfinger. Mine has the top left corner missing, and a little piece missing center left edge, otherwise it's in great condition for such a fragile premium!

I loved looking at last year's thread. Keep 'em coming.

I like that Pathe Freres. Is that a cabinet photo or a premium?

I used to own one. It is not a cabinet photo. I would call it a premium.
And this rppc was only $51 dollars over on the"Ruth for under $1500 thread", or at least it was a year and a half ago, from out BST area. Shown many times but still a cool card.

Thanks Jay,

I don't see it going anywhere though.

Leon: Great RPPC! Out of our two copies I think I've maybe seen one other sold, not sure, but they're certainly far from common!

Here's a few more of my favorite early ones and my Graig Kreindler of Ruth from 1920 (22x34)...
