If you could own one baseball card, what would it be?
i'll start......
T206 Wagner (not restored) :) |
BN Ruth
T210 Jackson of course.
T206 Wagner.
restored white border wagner
hahaha
very funny Ronnie:D;)
sorry about my Wagner rant in the other thread:) |
just one???? t206 wagner of course!!!!
cool
1988 Donruss #604 Newell , damn that was a toughie to ever find!
oh.....sorry, put the beer down...... a 1961 Fleer Carl Braun SIGNED card. That would complete my Signed 1961 Set! Thanks! Mike |
One of the T206 Drums for my Providence team set.
Mine is pretty simple and not all that expensive. T206 Lundgren KC Carolina Brights. Otherwise, I'd go for the E107 Wagner.
An upgrade of my N162 Kelly...but not to replace all others I have collected, so I guess I'm not answering the question correctly.
...and that's the only upgrade I'm considering these days. Very happy with what I have now. I guess, when pushed, I'd like to add the Allegheny Wagner. |
A signed 1953 Topps Howie Fox, though I’m starting to think Bill Norman might be tougher, as he was a high number and a coach.
wow
great responses so far..... very interesting:)

T206 Plank. It's not totally a pipe dream and can appreciate significantly in my opinion.

If I could only have one baseball card it would be a Four Base Hits Kelly.
. |
T206 Wagner so I could sell it, buy a mid range centered 52 Topps Mantle and pocket the rest
Clean bright 1914 joe jackson. Grade not so important

Joe Doyle N.Y. NAT'L HAH
1911 Zeenut Bohen.
Babes Ruth rookie
Old Judge Anson in Uniform
Last card on my bucket list is a signed T206 Cobb.
T206 Wagner
Johnny- you ate your Wheaties today, MrVPoster |
High grade t3 Cobb.
Baltimore News Ruth for me. I guess one red and one blue would be nice since I can't decide on one or the other. lol

Pre War T210 Jackson
post war 1952 Topps Eddie Mathews Modern 1981 TCMA Wade Boggs As for overall favorite I have to cheap a little bit. My most prized possession by FAR is my 1990 Score Wade Boggs/Roger Clemens wrong back error. It is the only known error pair that I got directly from Score back in the day. I am not sure what the real value of the pair is but it would take a very large pile of cash for me to even consider parting with them.:) |
PSA 10 1952 Topps Mantle
Baltimore News Ruth
1913 e137 PCL Zeenut Harry Heilmann

T205 Johnson Hindu back. Wasn’t in a position to buy it the last time it came up.
No brainer for me....a 1912 T227 card of race car driver David Bruce Brown to finish my set...started the set from cards given to me in 1985 and been looking for one ever since and have yet to ever see one in person...doubt I have another 30 years...lol

Good looking 1914 CJ Mathewson, expensive but available so there is hope.
wow...
very cool choices! I see some looking to get that last card in their set :)
Mike! you and I have very similar taste:) |

I hate to even say/admit this - I'd take a T206 Honus Wagner (not Heine). An N172 Anson in uniform would be a close second.
Nobody's going to say '81 Fleet Harold Baines? :)
Jim Cudworth Old Judge Worcesters. Or any of the Old Judge Worcesters.
A 2030 Topps Otis Mattsey Superfractor..
1949 Bowman Paige.
Baltimore News Ruth
1914 Boston Garter of WaJo. If not available, I'd take a Baltimore News Ruth over a T206 Honus every day of the week.
E90-1 Joe Jackson
