Just scroll down in the following link <a href="http://www.psacard.com/submission_news.chtml" target="_new" rel="nofollow">http://www.psacard.com/submission_news.chtml</a> I just submitted a number of pre-war cards for PSA/DNA authentication and encapsulation, including two Zack Wheat T202s, an E95 Doyle, and T206 Meyers, McBride and Doyle cards. Cost? $20 per card. Simple as that.
