Wow great cond. Original paint. Anyone ever seen one I can't seem to locate this kind. Property of the yankees on the back. Any idea of worth. Thx

I'm not sure its a club house chair. Individual chairs were found throughout the stadium. I have seen similar chairs but the property stencil was on the bottom.

Mine is on the bottom as well - not that varied placement should be a concern. I picked mine up 5-6 years ago for a good deal less than the Legendary chair.
