T201 Printing Anomaly

Hey All!

Happy Turkey Day!

Bought this T201 Kling/Cole for the cool diamond mis-cut. Thought the lines were cuts when I bought it.

came in and I noticed the card is ever cooler that a diamond cut.

The card was printed on Creased Paper! awesome...

The T201's are printed on thinner stock than the T206's, looks like the images were printed on top of paper stock that was already creased as there is no deformation of the images...

crease is evident on both front and back images.

Photos attached.

Have a good one!

Cliff

Very neat. I love print anomalies especially other than T206 :). (j/k)

and also the T201s are famous for their miscuts.. Here are a few from the prior collection.....I wouldn't doubt if one ends up in my collection again.

Love that Matty Leon!

I think I have the sheet mate to that Foster/Ward (see below). Here are a few more crazy cuts. I like the two headed Jennings! I was able to match up a few mis-cuts to piece together some printing sheet orientations.

GR8 Stuff!

What's really funny now is that those printing anomalies that have half of two players on the front/back of each card were basically red headed step children to collectors a long time ago. Now those cards are sought after and pretty cool to have.

Now to be politically correct and to not destroy my chances at a white house run I would like to say that there is nothing wrong with being a red headed step child and that if any red headed step children were offended then I deeply apologize. For that matter if anybody was offended that has red hair (which includes slightly orange or tinted a carrot color or also known as "ginger") then I apologize to you also. Now if you're a step child and were offended because you thought that I meant being red headed was ok but being a step child was bad, then apologies to you also.
