ebay policy question

I notice a lot of (vintage) card sellers on ebay specify in their write-up listing............no returns on third party cards.......some of theses cards I would not touch.....T206's anyway, are often shown slopping around very loose in the holders - look suspiciously trimmed - wonder why "no returns" - hmmm.

Would you buy from such a seller? I always do offer a return right - think it is the right thing to do. But isn't it against ebay policy to not accept returns? Will ebay stand behind the seller when the seller lists - no returns on third party graded cards?

Thx, steve

I don't think you can refuse a return if you pay with paypal. Paypal would force you to take it back as far as I can tell. It is generally accepted that you can not return graded cards IMO. When I sell something I provide large front and back scans so I would never see the need for anyone wanting to return something unless they were trying to scam me or had buyers remorse, which isn't a valid reason IMO.
