Not sure if this link works, but I noticed the dog ear on the top left of the card; then the apparent damage to the holder along the right side?

And that we're blue smudge on the bottom. And the back top right corner has a black stain etc etc

Please be careful where you are posting....This post war stuff should really go on the post war side (for next time). There is a fair amount of activity there too. Can't help with the answer on the card...
