Is Pricerealized.com down?

The latest hits I get on it are from May 2018. I have tried to contact the site ad have heard nothing back. Does anyone have any perspective on this??

It seems that they gave up on it. I heard that they would have to provide a copy of their database if they shut their website down so I guess they left it as is.
