Posted By: <b>Glenn</b><p>I believe there are Arcadias in at least a few states (LA, PA, FL), but my guess is you're right in thinking it's from Louisiana. It's a New Orleans player (Fritz). I grew up in New Orleans myself, which is why I bought the card in the first place; I never encountered the name "Heard" down there, but my experience is that even in the U.S. surnames are, to a surprising degree, geographically isolated.<br /><br />Anyway, has anyone else ever seen this stamp on a card?
