I am curious what the oldest signed card in the hobby is (not cabinet photo). I have this one (1895) which I have a PSA besides the GAI case (as if either matters). Does someone have an older card or other pre 1900. Cant get it to display upside up for some reason

On another issue would you remove it from case? or leave alone? or put in PSA case

old

I wasn't counting Cabinets but the n72 might then be the oldest. Wonder how many other 19th century signed cards there are besides the Duffy and the Mack.

I would remove it and put it in a PSA case. The cost is minimal if you already have the cert.

Let the card escape its entombment and don't put it into another coffin.
Look at my thread about cracking a PSA holder.

I would def get it re-cases by psa or just leave in there.

Just leave it alone until you get ready to sell it. At that point, get it in whatever slab will maximize your selling price at that time.

It's legit. I was bidding on that card a few years back myself when it sold at auction.
