Great Find--1939 Chicago Baseball Federation Medal Presentated by the Chicago Cubs

I have been on the hunt for this medal for years !!!! The first one I missed, on eBay, several years ago was presented by the Chicago White Sox it was the medal only. Then luck was with me I found the same medal in the presentation case with ribbon but presented by the Chicago Cubs. I have started research to find out when and where the Medals given and maybe to who?? You guys have helped in the past hope you can now.
