Not Sure Where to Put This: Question About non-Sports Memorabilia at Local Auction

There is a local auction coming up not to far from where I live with two items of interest to me to resell or keep and I was wondering if anyone knows the general price history, given their occasional appearances in sports auctions. The first is a Piedmont folding chair with brown wood. There are a few different versions out there and Hunt has sold a bunch, so does anyone know the general worth? Also, there is a peanut roaster too. I checked Hunt's previous peanut roasters, but they did not match this one. Any idea of its worth?

Those links don't allow me to see the photos...I think you have to be a member of Picasa or something?

I've seen the Piedmont chairs sell for as high as $300, but I think prices have come down since then...there is a regular dealer at the local antique show that has one for around $250 and Its never sold. Can't tell you anything about peanut roasters.

Piedmont Chair

The Piedmont Chair is in nice shape. I'd say $250 value.

I can see them now...the Piedmont chair is nice. If you're looking to flip it I wouldn't go more than $150. Who knows what that Peanut roaster would go for, but it's pretty cool.

I found a very similar peanut warmer in a previous Hunt Auction go twice but with a different manufacturer and slightly different appearance. They were 650 and 750 I think. Hopefully not too many people at the auction know the value of them.

I was at that auction today in New Holland,PA. but I didn't hang around. Did you get the chair or peanut warmer?

Yeah I got the chair for $150, which I think is a pretty fair price. I will either resell it or keep it for myself. The peanut warmer sold for $550, which surprised me, given the hole on the top. But I think it is rarer than the ones that sold at Hunt. I left before the bobble heads went, but I bet the original Braves one sold for a ton.
