7/8

Thanks for posting this cool thread! It's fun to see what happened long ago on this day, 7/8.
Another bit of history from 7/8 is from 1995 when Becky and I got married and we had center pieces on every tables with packs of BB cards, a pinata filled with cards and candy, and 200 adults and 140 children in attendance.
Sorry for disrupting the thread, guys! It's just that 16 years of heaven with my wife makes me act like a tennager in love!
Have a great weekend!
Your Friend,
Bill Hedin

Bill, congratulations! Did you get those numbers correct? 140 children? It's great to hear how many happily married men (and women) we have on N54 and of course proud parents! Someone should start a "Who is happily married" or "Tell us something about your family" thread!

Easily his toughest postcard. Never seen another or heard of one available. (I'd consider parting with it to a serious Marquard collector.) This copy has the desirable overprint seen on some Semon postcards.

Nice postcard. The same image of Marquard is on the 1917 Youth's Companion Stamp.
