PSA submission - how long til into their system

Through tracking I see they rec'd it on 10/1, however nothing is on my account yet online.

Anyone know how long it takes, before I need to call?

7-10 business days, depending on level of service requested

They're probably backed up since the monthly special was a decent deal.

You can always call/email to ask. :D

Did you write the service level on the outside of the package? That lets them know how quickly they need to open it. However, the turn around clock starts when they enter it into the system, not when they sign for it (which has never felt right to me), so even having the correct level on the package is not a guarantee that they will enter it quickly.

Good luck!

I recently submitted. They received on 9/26....logged it on 10/7. The 10th business day. Was a 75 card monthly special sub

I handed them two submissions at Valley forge, one regular and one special. The regular was logged in the beginning of last week the special was logged in at the end of the week.

This is true. Writing the service level on the outside of the box makes a huge difference. Calling the day after they receive it also helps a lot. I would also imagine large submissions using the monthly special promotion have a low priority.

Edit: The answer to the OP's question is if you want to speed up the process call the same day or day after they receive your cards. It can take any where from 1 to 10 days to get an order entered from experience.
