Thanks for the feedback

Posted By: Doug Allen
Sorry to start a new post but when I am running around it is hard to scroll to the bottom when I am doing it on my phone/pda.

I do appreciate the feedback....here is where I come out on all this.

#1 First and foremost we will continue to employ the best in the industry when it comes to grading the cards. We are proud of the fact that we get very few complaints when it comes to our grading and will continue to hold to this high standards. When it comes down to it this is all about fairly and conservatively graded product as this will lead to the ultimate in customer satisfaction.

#2 We will continue to work to improve the images. As you know in the recent sale the pop-ups allowed bidders to blow up the images and better see what they were buying. We are looking for even better improvements in this area. We will also look to expand the number of images on the Internet in order to provide even more basis for bidding.

#3 We will still employ the Mastro Auction style when it comes to writing but will make sure it doesn't take away from the central message which is explaining exactally what you are buying. Although I understand some of you don't "need" the fluff...do understand that a number of people need to be educated and entertained when they get our catalogs so we will continue to try to serve all our constituents.

All the best and look forward to a monster sale of vintage material in April...we just pulled two incredible vintage card collections out of the woodwork and it should cause quite a stir.

Doug Allen
