Hmm, but usually in the app they show up on the main page. There are certain ones that are emailed only to specific members?

I have two IDs and I would say more often than not only one ID gets the offer.

I gotta say, when these codes come out and I get excited to find a card I can save big bucks on, it always seems that when I proceed to check-out I suddenly realize the seller is in California, so I'm going to get hammered with sales tax (yes, I know, here come the people who will say, "Well, you're supposed to pay a fair use tax (or whatever it is called) on every transaction no matter what state it comes from...blah blah blah!!"), which immediately wipes out more than half the discount I was going to get!!! Ugh, that hurts!!

So, save yourself some heartache and be sure you check the state your seller is in before buying anything.

I can't ever seen to find cards that are worth buying even with the discount. All the BIN are so overpriced it's not even funny. I just burned up two hours and came up empty.

They are also beta testing Best Offers with smaller acceptance windows. So for these specials, you could give the seller 6 hours to respond or your offer disappears. If you're not given the option, you could also cancel your offer.

What impact does the international date line have on this offer? Do I use it yesterday, today or tomorrow on the Gregorian calendar if crossing east to west? What if I again return within 24 hours east again? What if I set my computer to a Julian calendar? :D

I'm assuming you should see it in 5 minutes. You can only use it once per account but you can have all the items in your cart up to $100 in savings - so about $667 in purchases.

It dropped right on time. Good until 10pm PST (1am EST).

I copied and pasted the code and just used it without getting any emails. Saved $100(the max).

I won an Auction on a 1972 Fisk rookie psa 9 for $636 on Sunday. Pretty happy as it sold for almost $100 under VCP. When I saw the coupon thread, I delayed checkout and added another $25 card. Just saved $99.24. I was not sent the coupon.

Let's say 3 or 4 items are purchased via OBO or added to the cart. With this coupon being a one-time use code, is it possible to save non-BINs to the cart and making a larger, one-time purchase of multiple items?

The most you can save is $15. So if something is say $200 You're only saving $15 on the first $100.

You won't see this on your account until the discount is activated in your time zone. In my case, it popped onto my eBay home page at 10 am central, which is 8 am Pacific. It really is very simple.

Seller yepbg, who normally has some fairly high prices, is having a 40% off sale. His normal price on the card that I was watching was $225. His sale price was $135. the 15% ebay discount brought it down to 114.75, plus I will receive 3% from eBates. Shipping was free.

This is not true - You can save up to $100 (around $667 in purchases). So if you spend $100 you save $15 - if you spend $200 you save $30 - if you spend $667 you save $100 - if you spend $20,000 you save $100.
