Vintage players with their photos
 

Posted By: <b>Max Weder</b><p>This may be a short thread, but the photo below (which I posted some time ago on the other net54)is kind of neat. Ernie Kershaw, now 96 turning 97, is shown holding a team photo of the 1939 Vancouver Capilanos, where he was a 29 year old rookie. He made more money teaching that year than playing ball.<br /><br />Believe it or not, Ernie was 92 when this photo was taken.<br /><br />Anybody else have similar photos of players with photos of themselves? <br /><br />Max<br /><br /><img src="http://farm1.static.flickr.com/12/90098164_0bfcaf590a.jpg">
