OT, sorta: Question about receiving a PayPal payment

Posted By: Bill Todd
Hi,

I've paid using PayPal plenty of times, but I've never received a payment that way. Once I send someone an invoice, and they send me the money, how do I get access to it? Can I get a credit to my linked credit card? I don't want to leave the money in a PP account for later use, and I'd rather not give PP any more information than I have to (such as a bank account number for an EFT).

A reply off-list is fine--btodd@healthydirections.com or btodd42@aol.com

Thanks,

Bill

OT, sorta: Question about receiving a PayPal payment

Posted By: leon
Dan's bank just filed chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Only secured creditors will receive any of their money. For some odd reason that bank was the only one in the US that wasn't FDIC insured!!! Go figure.......

ps....you should think about transferring most money, if not all, from your PayPal account into your account it's linked to. It's free to do.....Money in a Paypal account can have holds put on it for no apparent reason(sort of sarcasm).....(it's a paypal thing)....

Posted By: davidcycleback
When you get money into your paypal account, you get various ways to withdraw the money. You pick which way you want and it's simple to do. On the front page of your account, there's a link that says 'withdraw money.'

A revolution of PayPal is that any person, and his grandma, can accept credit card payments, something that could not be done before.
