My experience suggests no.

It’s not uncommon to get a small discount 10-20%, maybe. But a 60% discount probably only happens if the seller decides they’re tired of dealing with it and they’re ready to move on. In some cases, maybe your odds are a little better if it’s only worth 20% of what they’re asking…maybe!

I recently saw a card $350 obo. I offered $150, and it was auto-accepted. Wasn't expecting to get it without some give-and-take, and also left me wondering how low the auto-accept was set....
