What better souvenir than a license plate topper for the family car. The collector question is who made them? Do you have any in your collection? I have 3 toppers in my collection and the small one was made by the Hiss Stamp Company of Columbus, Ohio. I have no idea who manufactured the other two Toppers can you help me?
