Sellers/Buyers on BST

Is it appropriate to give positive or negative feedback on buyers and sellers on the BST forum? Is this best done in my signature or should it be done in a new thread?
Since it might be considered an opinion I'm assuming my name needs to be included, right?

A lot of members put their good transaction partners in their signatures. I tend to look at members profiles to get the info I need. Most buyers on the BST are good or they wouldn't be there. Of course a scammer can slide in but with our system it is a little more difficult. There are easier pickings elsewhere, I am positive. That said it is always caveat emptor, buyer beware. I/we don't screen anything except registrations. If anyone sees anything suspicious PM me or another moderator. (Dan or Brian) That said I get PMs regularly about weird looking deals, or new or less known members, and they are always responded to, usually very quickly. I don't think you really need to have your full name out there just to have those folks in a positive light in your sig. If it becomes an issue we will address it. The fewer rules the better....

edited to add, would prefer not to start new threads only concerning a transaction (unless it is something extraordinary to discuss). Knock on wood but our system (and members), given the amount that goes on over there, is/are pretty darned good.
