Online pop report

It appears PSA just changed the format and you can no longer isolate the report to show all the cards of a particular player on one page??

https://www.psacard.com/pop/#0%7C%22mike%20trout%22

This just shows you all the sets but then you have to search within each set for the player?

Am I doing this wrong?

Mountaineer1999 05-16-2018 08:35 PM

I tried it earlier also and I think you are correct

Peter_Spaeth 05-16-2018 08:38 PM

Must be a mistake. 100 percent of what I use it for is the player search.

Yeah, I did. Hopefully they listen. What were they thinking?

Steve L 05-17-2018 03:50 PM

I previously used that player search feature often. I sure hope PSA brings it back!!

midmo 05-17-2018 04:15 PM

Is this what you're looking for?

midmo 05-17-2018 04:17 PM

Although now that I look at it, it's definitely jacked up.

midmo 05-17-2018 04:24 PM

I just typed Koufax and it says there are over 2.3 million 1955 Topps PSA8. :)

Peter_Spaeth 05-17-2018 04:31 PM

It's adding zeros or something, not working right. I had a very unsatisfactory call with PSA today where they said not enough people use it so they didn't link it to the new pop report page and may abandon it entirely. I don't get it, what could it cost them to maintain it?

I would suggest that others contact them.

Was it double printed?

lol. That sucks if they abandon it. I had that link saved in my favorites because it's all I typically use on their site.

It looks like they are stringing together the three “Grade+Q” values instead of adding them as numbers. For example, concatenating “32” and “2” and “1” into “3221” instead of adding them as numbers like 32+2+1 = 35.

Concatenating is even more impressive with only 7 letters on your rack.:D

If "on" and "ate" were already on the board in the proper positions, you could pull it off. ;)

You would still need to pull an eighth letter out of your pocket.

Well, at least one of the letters in "ating" would have to already be dangling on the board, too.

Hey Leon,

Has an online pop report thread ever been moved to the Scrabble section of the forum?

Rookiemonster 05-17-2018 06:21 PM

I contacted PSA in regards to the 1989 Fleer glossy set. Under the set registery it says the John smoltz has two different cards. Randy Johnson has 3 variations
Listed.iIt was released as a box set and they already corrected the error. Lastly the main reason I contacted them was that the amount of Griffey JR cards graded was all wrong. I checked every now and again to find that the number was grossly inflated. When I had mine graded they only had 42 psa 9s.

So they responded that only the Smoltz was a issue. And I was mistaken about the griffey and Johnson.

That section wasn't being used so it got cancelled.

PSA - Thanks for putting back the player search on the PSA population search page. Much appreciated!

pokerplyr80 07-23-2018 08:24 AM

I guess I'm one of those who never used this feature and didn't know it existed. When I visit the pop report it's usually to look up a specific card, and I pull it up by year, and then set.
