Do you read the fine print when signing up to bid?

Sometimes when Im bored, I like to read the fineprint on terms and conditions you agree too, when signing up to bid. Here is an auction house where you can only imagine what kind of raw and ungraded items you might recieve when you agree to these terms and win.

"All lots are sold AS IS WHERE IS, with no guarantees. Catalogue descriptions and auctioneers statements are opinion only, with no warranty implied.

All items are sold as genuine articles with no reproductions or copies knowingly being offered. Descriptions are given to the best of our ability and knowledge regarding condition or vintage.
That being said, each bidder must accept his or her own judgment regarding condition & authenticity of each item. All pieces are sold AS IS WHERE IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS."

I read the fine print sometimes but generally companies we deal with will stand behind their auction items. Of course there are always exceptions and many times we get to hear about them.

It looks like cut and pasted legalize to me.
