Help with an old photo.

Can anyone offer suggestions on how to free up this old photo stored in a frame for over 90 years? Note how the image is stuck to the glass, making it appear there is moisture in there.

I don't think there's anything you can do. I've seen old photos like this before, and in fact one was mine (a New York Giants Fatima Premium!). The positive is it is proof it is old.
