A friend dug this up from storage. Looks good to me. Should he send to PSA for review?

Somewhat hard to tell from these pictures, but I would think so, yes. Obviously off-center, but some of the 7 and 8(OC) have been getting a pretty good return.
They can have staining issues and some rough diamond-cuts which can bring down grade a bit.
I have one that I love. If you want to sell raw, let me know. I'd be interested.

Thanks for the comments. My buddy is going to send it in for grading and see what it comes back at.

Hey there...the answer is yes, absolutely send it in and get it in a holder. The ‘86 base Jordan card is one of the most counterfeited cards in the industry and the stickers are counterfeited as well. Most people won’t buy or at least pay what they’re worth unless verified by one of the major grading companies. Good luck!

Yea, I saw an 8 that is approaching $12k. Crazy.

Got it back and sold it.

It came back a 5 and I listed it on Ebay for him and it sold quite well. $2,200 CAD
