Except for the fact that the shill actually wound up the high bidder it looks funny to me. When that happens, you just tell eBay that the winner did not pay + don't leave any feedback.<br /><br />This suspicious bidder has won three auctions in 4 years, and nothing in the past year. Id agree that this looks suspicious.

Posted By: <b>identify7</b><p>IMHO a fair second chance offer would be one bid increment above Kraigg007's bid of $3388.98. Anything above that amount would be attributable to a suspected shill bid.<br /><br />
