Posted By: <b>Alan</b><p>I have two autographed baseballs, they do not have letter of auth. because one was autographed in 1961 by Mantle, Berra, Ford and Maris, when they were in the Allstar game together, atleast that is my understanding. The other is all off the 1953 Indians both in good shape and both on Reach Baseballs, I belive, any idea of value, or how to get them valued

Posted By: <b>hankron</b><p>If the autographs are genuine and in good condition, you won't have trouble getting a good price for them eventually. Especially, if the Indians has Satchell Paige. Both of those types of balls would be in high demand.

Posted By: <b>Julie</b><p>Pre which war?<BR><BR>Sometimes I am surprised by the ad being pre WW2 whern I thought WW1, and sometimes vice versa. <BR><BR>Then there's all the wars since: Korea (Police Action), Vietnam, couple Gulfs, Afghanistan, and Cold. Sure there are more.<BR><BR>

Posted By: <b>jay behrens</b><p>in hobby terms, pre-war refers to to pre-ww2. This always been recognized as the dividing point between vintage and modern cards. Although newcomers might assume ww1 since much of the talk here focuses on cards issued before then.<BR><BR>Jay
