On Topic- Questions Concerning the Forum?
 

This is a thread to see if there are any questions pertaining to the forum from members, especially newer ones? Every month there are approximately 80-100 new members signing up and joining. The biggest difference between this and many other forums is that if you give an opinion, of a person or company, your full name needs to be in view (or easily found from sig line etc..). It can be jumbled so as not to be able to come up in a search but not so jumbled the name isn't easily recognizable. ALSO, since the other 2 moderators and I can't read every post on the board, we are always only a PM away from reporting anything on the the forum. PM's are always followed up on quickly. The main thing that stymies many is the size requirements of our forum picture hosting. Most phone pics come out several megabytes. Our forum won't accept picture files that large and will downsize them if they aren't too large. Anything over about 1MB might not be able to be loaded. They need to be downsized for the forum or hosted somewhere else, using the forum s/w to insert the link and show the pic. Thanks to all members for continuing to make this a good place to hang out. As a newbie to the forum, but an oldie to collecting, I love this forum and am thrilled to have discovered it. Most everyone is friendly and helpful, and whenever I've had a question, I've received extremely useful feedback and answers. Great job, Leon.
